Refund & Exchange Policy

Most works offered here are signed, limited edition, handmade, or printed in small batches. For that reason, all sales are final. Please read the details below carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds

All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Subjective expectations about the work

  • Accidental or duplicate orders

This is standard policy for artist-led shops and limited edition works.

Exchanges (for Damaged Items Only)

If your order arrives damaged in transit, you may request an exchange. We take these requests seriously — and expect the same in return.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in the condition it arrived

  • Include clear photo proof of the damage and your order number

  • If approved, we will cover the cost of replacement and shipping

False claims or pattern abuse will result in refusal of service.

How to Start an Exchange

Please contact us here with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage

We’ll review your request and respond promptly. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no additional cost to you whenever possible.
