All sales are final.
No returns or refunds, except in cases of damage or verified non-delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost.
If your order never arrives, we’ll verify and replace it, subject to item availability.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
International orders typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive.
Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or local delivery issues.

Full Policy
All Sales Are Final
Most items are signed, limited edition, handmade, or printed in small batches. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Shipping delays outside our control
Subjective expectations about the work
Duplicate or mistaken orders
This is standard policy for artist-led and collector-oriented shops. Each item is packaged with care and shipped with tracking.
If Your Order Doesn't Arrive
All orders are shipped with tracking. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order appears to be lost:
First, check the tracking link and contact your local postal facility
If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery window (typically 2–4 weeks for international orders)
If confirmed lost in transit (i.e., not marked as delivered), we will send a replacement at no additional cost, subject to item availability
If the original item is no longer in stock, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking confirms delivery, we cannot issue replacements or refunds.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If your item is damaged during shipping, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
The item must be unused and in original condition
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of misuse, false reporting, or repeated abuse.
