All orders ship via USPS.
U.S. orders: Usually arrive in 3–7 business days.
International orders: Usually arrive in 1–4 weeks, depending on customs and local delivery.
Delays can happen from weather, customs, or local postal issues.

Tracking
All international orders include tracking (Mexico tracking may be limited).
U.S. tracking may not be available on smaller, lower-cost orders.
How International Tracking Works: USPS scans and updates your package until it leaves the U.S. After that, Asendia tracking takes over and works with the destination country’s postal system for final delivery. Tracking updates will come from that local postal service once the package is in-country.
Customs & Import Fees
Some countries may charge customs duties, VAT, or other import fees before delivering your order. These charges are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility. We can’t predict or cover these costs.

What to expect when you order
After you place your order, you’ll get an email confirmation right away. When your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation (and tracking number if your order qualifies for tracking or if your country is on our tracking list).
U.S. orders usually arrive within a week. International orders can take a few weeks depending on customs and local postal services. If you’re outside the U.S., your local post office may contact you for any customs or import fees before delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Most of Emon’s works are signed, limited-edition, handmade, or small-batch printed, so all sales are final.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Shipping delays outside our control
Subjective expectations about the work
Duplicate or mistaken orders
This is standard policy for artist-run, collector-oriented shops. Each item is packaged with care and shipped with tracking when applicable.
We will replace your order if:
It arrives damaged.
It gets lost in the mail (and tracking shows it was never delivered).
If your order never arrives:
Email us within:
14 days after the expected delivery date (U.S.)
14 days after 28 days have passed since shipping (International)
Include your order number, name, address, and what happened.
If your item is damaged:
Email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and if possible, the packaging. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
If the original work is sold out, we’ll send a similar replacement or give you store credit.
